Galliford Try

Galliford Try has been parachuted in to replace Carillion on a £96m road scheme in Lincolnshire, following the liquidation of the contractor last week.

Balfour Beatty and Galliford Try have offered jobs to Carillion workers working on the £550m Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route following the contractor’s collapse, according to Transport Scotland.

Galliford Try has confirmed it has won the contract for a £155m housing regeneration scheme from Genesis Housing Association and football club Queens Park Rangers.

Galliford Try has won a £40m contract to build a new education hub at Durham University.
